Provided all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, scaffolding, hoisting, etc., to deliver and install electrical work. Work included electrical demo and construction of the 2nd floor conference room and 1st floor vault room 107 per the plans and SOW. KA provided and installed the metallic dielectric break and grounding for the sprinkler piping penetrating the secure perimeter at both locations.

Services included work for elevator (elevator controls, power, shunt trip breakers, toggle switch and surface, mount lighting and GFCI), fire alarm (elevator fire alarm, smoke detectors, voltage drop test and report, and fire alarm detection acceptance test), HVAC (AC split system/control unit supply power, installation of power to tank less water heater), and communications (installation of patch cables, terminated and test com drops, fire stop inner ducting, patch panels, and fire alarm conduit).

Provided labor, equipment, and materials needed to renovate existing wastewater lift stations and controls. Work included removal and replacement of pumps, piping, wiring, floats, rails, valves, and all other appurtenances, motel lift station, mule corral/wrangler lift stations, campground main/bathroom lift stations, and apartment lift station.

Provided all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, scaffolding, hoisting, etc., to install new lighting in the courthouse garage area. Work included providing and installing Electro-Industries Nexus 1500 smart electrical meter with CTs on 1st floor switchboard MSA, running conduct to JACE in room (50’) with BACnet MS/TP wiring, providing and installing (13) emergency 2X2 LED lay-in fixtures, and (14) 2X2 LED lay-in fixtures.

Tinker AFB, Roofing Repairs, Oklahoma City, OK
Provided all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, scaffolding, hoisting, etc., to deliver and install new roofing and metal wall panels. KA removed the existing roof down to the wood deck. Installation for the roof included: 1st layer of 2″ POLYISO mechanically fastened to deck, 2nd layer of 2″ POLYISO adhered to insulation that is mechanically attached to the deck, 3rd layer of 2″ POLYISO adhered to insulation, tapered insulation to create positive drainage gutters, prime dens deck adhered to insulation, 90 MIL White EPDM adhered to the primed dens deck, and walk pads. All flashings were installed in accordance with manufactures warranty. In addition to the new roof, metal wall panels were installed onto struts. The struts were installed over the existing wall, which was treated with a vapor barrier.

Work included demoing HVAC to specifications in drawings, installation of temporary power for temp HVAC, installation of power for new HVAC, supply and installation of light fixtures and controls per drawings, and supply and installation of branch power per drawings.
